These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Anans Travel, including tour packages, motorbike tours, Easy Rider tours, motorbike rentals, accommodation, and transportation services.
By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
In this document, the term “Customer” refers to the person making the booking and any other participants included in the reservation.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $20 USD per person is required.
Your booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation from Anans Travel.
For bookings made within 48 hours before the tour start date, customers must contact us via WhatsApp to confirm availability before making payment.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the tour begins.

If a rider cannot safely control the motorbike or keep up with the group, Anans Travel may require the guest to switch to the Easy Rider option or private tour at the guest’s expense.
