      • For Rider Tours, we need to secure modern motorbikes, check brakes, tires, and fuel to ensure your safety on the challenging mountain paths
      • For Loop Tours by Car, we arrange comfortable cars with experienced drivers to give you a smooth, safe, and timely journey.
   2. Early Arrangement of Services:
      • For a successful Trekking Tour, we coordinate with local homestays and indigenous guides, and book meals and accommodations in cozy stilt houses in advance.
      • Activities like visiting traditional markets or enjoying dinner with a Tay or H’Mong family also require careful preparation.
   3. Commitment From Both Sides:
      • The deposit not only allows us to plan everything thoroughly but also confirms your commitment to the trip. This gives us peace of mind to arrange everything, from vehicle rentals to accommodation and itineraries.

Deposit Amount and Policy

1. • We only require a 50$ deposit of the total trip cost.
   • This deposit will be deducted from your total payment when you settle the remaining balance after the trip.
