1. Please present your passport or ID card to check in at the reception desk.
2. Check in time/ check out time: Check in is 14p.m. Check out 12p.m. Extend more days at the reception desk.
3. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and common areas. Smoking areas are designated.
4. An Home is only responsible for assels or money deposited at the front desk.
5. Do not bring weapons, explosives, poisons, flammable substances and animals in to the An Home.
6. Do not use, exchange, buy or sell narcotics or prohibited substances or objects according to Vietnamese law.
7. Do not arbitrarily change rooms or add people to the room without registering with the receptionist.
8. Please keep quiet after 22:00 to avoid disturbing other guests.
9. When leaving the room, please turn off the lights, lock the door and leave the key at the front desk.
10. Before leaving An Home, please pay all bills and return your room card to the receptionist.
